A balanced diet is one of the keys to a healthy and fit body. Let your coach decide your diet and follow it. Do not listen to the free tips given by the freshmen. A body takes time to adjust to a diet – so give it some time.
A body mass and density varies from person to person. A wrong diet may have an adverse effect on your body structure. A coach or a trainer is the best person to analyse your physique and know which areas you need to work on. Just because your brother has lost weight or gained muscle, due to a particular diet, doesn’t mean that you will too.
One diet never fits all!
5- You do not Sync your diet with your workouts
Whatever food you consume, it needs to be put to work. If you are on a high calorie diet for muscle gain and do not follow a strict work-out, then you are sure to get fat. Workout not only helps to burn the extra fats, but also provide ample energy to push yourself through your workout.
A diet should be planned around your workout to achieve your goal for looking PERFECT.
